All athletes must register online to be cleared and approved before the first tryout or practice. Mathews Athletics is now using a secure registration platform, FamilyID.com, to provide our families with a safe and user-friendly way to register for athletics. 

Dates:

Register by August 1st for Fall Sports

Register by November 1st for Winter Sports

Register by February 1st for Spring Sports

Information needed to register:

• Print and Upload your doctor-signed physical form with exam date
• Fill-in your medical insurance provider and policy information
• Accept policy agreements with electronic signatures by both parent and student
